Join Blue Spruce for a special concert presented as part of All Fairfax Reads 2026, Fairfax County Public Library's county-wide reading of Barbara Kingsolver's Pulitzer Prize-winning novel Demon Copperhead. Set in Appalachian Virginia, the novel explores themes of poverty, addiction, community, and resilience. Blue Spruce will present an hour of traditional and contemporary bluegrass and original music, drawing on the Appalachian musical tradition that forms the roots of bluegrass. Free!
